Preheat oven to 350 F
STEP 1
1 1/2 c cut up Rhubarb
1 c Raisins
1/4 c Water
Cook and cool.
STEP 2
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 sticks Butter
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Mix.
STEP 3
Mix Rhubarb Mixture into Batter.
BAKE 350 F
8 - 10 minutes

2 c Powdered Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter
2 TBSP Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c Powdered Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter
2 TBSP Milk
